Shipping FAQ

1. Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, on orders over $75 we offer FREE domestic shipping to the U.S., Micronesia, & other U.S. Territories via USPS First Class Mail. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. By definition, 'U.S. Territories' includes American Somoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, & Armed Forces Pacific.
2. What does shipping cost?

On orders over $75, shipping is FREE within the U.S., Micronesia, & other U.S. Territories via USPS First Class Mail.  Orders under $75 will have postage calculated at checkout.

International Orders will ship to you at USPS International postage rates.

You can calculate your postage within the SHOPPING CART. If the postage calculator doesn't have your location, please contact us.
3. Where do you ship to? Can you ship internationally?

We are able to ship worldwide via USPS Mail for domestic USA orders, and via USPS International for all other orders.

We ship all of our orders from distributors in Hawai'i or Fulfillment by Amazon.

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic orders currently take between 4 - 8 business days to arrive to your address from the moment you place your order on our website.

International orders typically take between 15 - 20 business days to arrive.

We are currently working to provide faster fulfillment by strategically locating popular items across various locations. Delivery time varies depending on your order items & location.

5. Do I have to add shipping to the price?

We automatically add shipping to your total cost during the checkout process, once you select the shipping method you would prefer.

So don't worry everything is automatically calculated for you.  All you have to do is press the purchase button and we will take care of the rest!

6. Will I receive a tracking number once my order ships?

Usually, yes. You will be sent an automatic email with a tracking number once your order ships. In some cases we are unable to guarantee tracking information based on your order items & shipping destination. The tracking number will enable you to track the shipment from our fulfillment center to its destination.

You can go to your Account for up to date order information.

7. The item I ordered is backordered, how I do know when they will shipped?

If your item is backordered, you will be notified via e-mail once your item has shipped with a tracking number. We are committed to delivering backorders within 4 to 6 weeks. If your backorder does not arrive in that timeframe please contact customer support at

8. Can I get my order FASTER?

We'll try our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, but we can only do what's in our control.

We hope you understand that our islands are located far away from any major land mass in the remote Western Pacific.

We can't guarantee expedited delivery, but we can guarantee it will be worth the wait!
